EMSS provides end-to-end facility, engineering and IT support — CCTV and access control, electrical works, networking, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial and housekeeping, and general repair & maintenance — for homes, offices, factories and retail sites across Pakistan.

Use the Request a Service form or WhatsApp us on +92 306 622 1580 with your location, the issue and preferred date. A coordinator will confirm availability and a site-visit quote the same working day.

Routine visits are scheduled within 24–48 hours. For critical breakdowns (power, water, security, network down) on our active support contracts we target a 2–4 hour response inside Multan and same-day response in adjacent districts.

Yes. AMCs are available for CCTV, networking, electrical, HVAC and housekeeping — billed monthly or quarterly, with fixed response times, scheduled preventive visits and priority spares. Our Pricing page lists standard tiers; custom plans are built after a site audit.

Not at all. We support sites from a single shop or clinic upwards. Small-business packages start at basic networking, one CCTV NVR and on-call electrical support, and grow with you as you add branches, users or production lines.

Both. You can buy cameras, switches, cables and accessories through our online shop, or ask us to supply-and-install end-to-end. Warranties from the original manufacturer are always passed on and logged against your account.

Bank transfer, cheque, JazzCash and EasyPaisa for service invoices, and cash on delivery or online payment for shop orders. Invoices include your assigned EMSS reference number and can be downloaded from the client portal any time.

Yes. EMSS is registered with NTN and can sign NDAs, SLAs and client vendor-onboarding packs (KYC, tax, insurance, safety). Reach us on accounts@emss.com.pk to start the paperwork.
